Madeleine had her first swim lesson Saturday !!! She and Eli had a great time splashing around and having fun. She even went under the water with no problems. Check out the Little Fish page for a few more photos.

Last Sunday we had to hit the grocery store to pick up a few things on our way home…so I figured I would shoot a few pics of the munchkin rolling through the store in the cart for some fun. I can only imagine what folks were thinking as they saw me, in my Ravens jersey shooting pictures of Madeleine as I pushed her through the store. Not like I really cared, I just thought it would be fun for a blog post !!! Maddie Meets Poe

I had to cover a fall festival at Swan Harbor Farms on Sunday, which is where Kathleen & I got hitched. So we got Madeleine all geared up in her Sunday Ravens gear and headed out. The first thing we spotted as we entered the festival was POE !! the Ravens mascot. He was of course mobbed with small children, even a few adults acting like small children, so we waited until the crowd died down a bit and moved in for a few pics of the munchkin with him !!! As you can see she wasn’t scared a bit and even gave him a high five. Though I think she was more interested in his beak.

Well we are in month number seven of the munchkin and there’s all sorts of stuff going on. We have two teeth coming in…baby babble is still the language of choice, a lot of Da & Ba sounds with the occasional La. Sitting up is now a breeze and crawling is just around the corner. Maddie will set herself up in the position to crawl but hasn’t quite figured out how to move her legs to get the motion working. She travels well too…we can’t take her anywhere without folks stopping and commenting on how beautiful she is…and how good she is. There are more pics in the No. 7 page so please take a look !!

Wearing her game day gear, which consists of her pink “my first Ravens Tee” T-shirt and purple pants, Madeleine met up with my good friends the Bus Boys; Fan Man, the Maniac, Camo Man and Raven Rick Sunday morning before we headed out to the Ravens vs Titans game. Art in the Park

The Bel Air Festival for the Arts, which is really more of a craft show, happened a few weeks ago. I had to cover it for the paper so Kathleen and Maddie along with Amy,Bryan and Eli came along for some good family fun and a chance to see some cool art on a really nice sunday afternoon. All had a great time, Maddie even got a cool hat for the winter (pics to come) and tried out the cool shades. Please check out the Art in the Park page for a few more photos !!
